At Session on Tuesday, March 22nd, the following changes in our COVID-19 protocols were decided:

• The need to sign-in on Sunday mornings has been discontinued. 
• The Ritual of Friendship Books will be returned to the pews. 
• The ribbons will be removed from the pews. The remaining hymnals needed for the Sanctuary were purchased last week. If you would like to sit in a pew that had been previously been roped off, you may do so, but you will either need to look at the screens, or move the desired books from another pew. After the new hymnals have arrived, all books will be restored to the Sanctuary. 
• The water fountains will be restored.
• We will discontinue sending out the link to our COVID-19 protocols, but the page will continue to remain active on our website. 

We will continue to monitor to the current trends and statistics and will make any adjustments if needed. 

Before Leaving Home  

Prior to coming to Worship, Sunday School, or any other Church Activities, please ask yourself these questions. If any of your answers to the questions are “yes”, please stay home. You can join our new Virtual Sunday school Class, and worship via live stream! 

• Have you or any person with whom you live, experienced any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 or any of these situations in the preceding 72 hours?
  • Fever of 100.4°F or higher, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea
  • In the last 14 days, have you been in direct contact with someone currently positive for COVID-19?
  • Have you, or someone with whom you live recently been tested and received the results?  Were any of the results positive? 
  • Are you, or someone with whom you live with awaiting COVID-19 test results?

• Per CDC Guidelines, all Worshipers are encouraged to wear masks. Those who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for a minimum of 14 days are required to wear masks.  
• We have resumed printing Bulletins for Worshipers attending in-person. Feel free to either pick one up or use the one emailed to you on your mobile device. For those worshiping at home, we will continue to email our Sunday Bulletins prior to the service.
• The service will be broadcast live over the Church YouTube channel. Links will be shared on the Church Website and Facebook pages. We urge anyone who may be at a high risk to continue worshiping with us in a manner that is safe to do so. 
• Worshipers are encouraged to give online if possible (www.springbranchpres.org/give).
• There will be no Nursery or Prayground yet, though hopefully those will be reinstated in the near future as the need arises.
