SBPC Blood Drive
Thanks to everyone for participating in another successful blood drive this past Sunday! Spring Branch Presbyterian is classified as a Church group and is currently ranked 590 out of 4388. This put us in the top 13% of all church groups in our area! On Sunday November 13th we were one of 22 churches that held blood drives and we ranked 13 out of the 22. Good work everybody!
Below are the Quick Stats for SBPC blood drives, past and present.
Drives Held: 41
Total Donations: 816
Average Donations per Drive: 19.9
Drive Currently Scheduled: 3
We had 23 people donate. Several folks gave red cells which count as double and we ended up with a total of 28 units or products donated. In November 2010, we had 26 people donate, which was a record number of people donating. I am going to set a new goal to have at least 26 or more people donate each time we sponsor a blood drive. I hope you will help me reach this goal. Our church’s work in this mission is so important to the folks who receive these lifesaving donations.
I would like to thank Mike Wright for doing such a good job with our church’s blood drive program thus far. I hope to build on his strong foundation. Our next drive is scheduled for Sunday, February 12th 2012. This is the week after the Super Bowl . We should all be recovered by then after cheering the Texans to victory!

This is outstanding; a worthy goal and of course, great results. Thank you for leading this.
