Presbytery Mission Festival

From Tuesday Connections from Presbytery:

To the Ends of the Earth

Our congregations are connected in mission all around the world and in our own backyard. The only problem is that most of us know only what mission is happening in our own congregation. That will change with our first Presbytery Mission Festival on Sun., Sept. 23, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at St. Philip Presbyterian, Houston. Here’s an opportunity to share and challenge one another with the wide variety of mission available through our congregations.

Perhaps, your congregation doesn’t have the numbers necessary to do a mission trip on your own, but there are members who are eager to get involved. This will be an excellent opportunity for a congregation to get the word out about its favorite mission projects and to invite others to join in. Don’t miss this special New Covenant festival! Questions about the event? Contact Rev. Mark Downs.

Great job, Kate. I thank you and hope that a few folks will help spread the word about this event.
