Volunteers needed to host Prader-Willi event

The Texas Prader-Willi Syndrome Association Round-up 2013 Conference begins at 8:00 AM and will conclude at 5:30 PM on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church.  The Gathering Place is where the meetings will take place with infant care and KiddieKamp being held in the main bldg.

Volunteers are needed for Friday, February 8th between 6 and 7:30 pm for setting up; Feb 9th at 7:45 AM to 9 AM for assisting people with finding the registration table, main hall and the children’s programs as well as parking; and later Saturday to help take down and store tables, chairs, take out trash etc. If you can help with one of these times, please contact me by email with the days and times you would be available to help.  Thank you for all the support you have given to Bryan and others like him.
