Today is the Second Sunday in Advent. Our Advent devotionals are here and can be picked up after the service from the baskets on the table in the Narthex.
PYC is today at 5:00 PM for our Jr. and Sr. Highs in the Gathering Place. We are hosting the youth from John Knox, Young Knak, and Pathways Presbyterian Churches for dinner and planning of our scene in Christmas in the Park.
PW circles will meet together on Wednesday December 11 at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall for Bible Study and salad Luncheon. All are welcome to join us. Please bring a salad to share . Drinks provided.
ALL are invited to the Academy Christmas Pageant in the sanctuary this Wednesday at 6:30 PM. There will be two seatings for the WednesdayNight Supper: 1st one is at 5:45PM and the 2nd one is at 7:00 PM. Please choose one!
On December 15, The CHOIR will present Handel’s Messiah. We all have heard many performances, but do we know about Handel and the time in which he lived? Our organist, Kerry Talley, will explore all these topics and a new insight into Handel’s life. There will be three classes— Sunday, December 1st, 8th and 22nd— from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM in the Sanctuary!
Poinsettas may be ordered for $10 NOW for the sanctuary on December 22nd and the 24th. When you place the order through the Church Office, please indicate if you will be taking yours after worship on December 22ndor the Christmas Eve Service.
Caroling and Home Communion to our Shut ins will be after worship on December 22nd. Join in this special time! Please let Gabe or Laurey know if you would like to join in the fun!.
