What is metanoia you ask?
As defined by Merriam-Webster Dictionay,
metanoia (pronounced – met·a·noi·a /ˌmetəˈnoiə/) is a noun,
with the definition of
“a change in one’s way of life resulting from penitence or spiritual conversion.”
It is the Third Sunday in Lent!
