Business Plan Competition Needs Mentors
The 2013 Newspring Business Plan Competition is fast approaching and they are looking for volunteer mentors and judges this year.
Please consider serving as a mentor to an HCC student that is interested in starting their own business.
The commitment is about 1-3 hours per week in February and March. Even if you have no business experience, you can help a young man or woman define their dream, develop a plan, and start to move toward their goals. You’ll learn a little about running a small business yourself and be a part of building the economy and creating jobs right here in Spring Branch.
Newspring anticipates the largest group of contestants ever in 2013, so please consider volunteering to help insure that every student team has two qualified and motivated advisers.
