Spring Branch Presbyterian Church

Ministry Team Structure

This is a “Partners in Christ” organizational structure, where relationships matter with God, with one another, and with the world. The center of the organizational structure is Christ, with the Session and the Pastor leading and coordinating the work of the church.

The five outer circles are the various mission areas of the church: Administration Ministry Team, Congregation Ministry Team, Faith Development Ministry Team, Mission Ministry Team, and the Worship Ministry Team. Each Team has groups working together to attend to the work of the ministry. Each Ministry team leader decides how best to bring the team together for its ministry but also for the nurturing and support of the groups.
