December Missions of the Month
We have the wonderful opportunity in this Season of Hope, Peace, Love and Joy to share those feelings to someone who would otherwise not know them. We have two Angel Trees this year. One tree is for the “Angel Tree Prison Ministry” and the other is for the Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services.
With the Prison Ministry Tree – This ministry delivers gifts and food baskets to children who have at least one parent incarcerated. Just pick up a “tag” with gift ideas on it and bring back your gift (wrapped please!) to the Church Office no later than December 16th for delivery (we need one more Church family to deliver – let Laurie Mitchell know if you are interested).
With the PCHAS Tree – The tree is decorated with ornaments with a tag & and suggested donation amount. Please return your donations to the Church Office (you can put it in the offering plate, drop it off or mail it to the Church Office – don’t forget to indicate PCHAS in the memo line) and gifts will be bought & delivered!
