Dig-in to Scripture this Lent
Three Saturday mornings in Lent we will meet in the Parlor to dig-in with the inductive method to scriptures of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection. Mark it on your calendar and please consider joining us:
February 13th at 9 a.m.
February 27th at 9 a.m.
March 12th at 9 a.m.
What is the inductive method you ask? Rather than starting with theology and dogma and reading into scripture evidence that proves our theories – we go back to the text. We drop the assumptions. We read it, we make observations, and we share our observations. We ask questions that we’ve just glossed over before – we focus on the Word and dig-in.
