It is that time of year again! Hurrah! Yippee! Gather ‘round! Join us on Sunday, September 11, 2011 for Sunday School, Worship and Lunch as we “kick off” this year with new opportunities for Bible study and continue with some favorites.
What? You don’t know what Rally Day is?
Rally: to gather, reunite and bind a group of people to a common cause.
As passionate disciples each time we gather should be a rally! Ok, so maybe not a rally every time. But once each year we gather for the express purpose of sharing with each other our passion for learning more about God, His Word and how we are to live our lives sharing the knowledge of Christ with our children, families, friends, community and the world. This year we are going to rally around a meal. Many of the gatherings in Biblical times involved sharing a meal, so bring a salad or dessert to share and join together for lunch, fun and fellowship and find a new study or renew an old study or both. And don’t forget to bring your piece to the puzzle we will be constructing – it will take all the pieces to make a whole picture!
