Spring Garage Sale April 30
The Spring Garage Sale will be on Saturday, April 30, 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon (setup at 7:30 AM). The Garage Sale is done as a benevolence fundraiser, this time benefitting Mission Yahweh. You keep the proceeds from whatever you sell, and we raise funds through a $15 fee per space, plus $10 fee for table-and-chair rentals.
Reserve a Space … by emailing Gary Mitchell at gmitchell64@gmail.com or calling the church office at 713.464.7659. Each seller gets a parking space in the church parking lot, in the row between the Fellowship Hall and Campbell (or spaces inside the Fellowship Hall should it rain that day). Let us know how many spaces you need ($15 each), and if you need to rent a table and chairs ($10 gets you one round table and two chairs—rent as many as you need). Pay your fees to Gary the day of the sale.
Invite Others … as this is a community garage sale and not limited just to sellers from SBPC. So pass this information along to others who may wish to participate.
Donate Items … if you would like to support Mission Yahweh through the Garage Sale but do not wish to have a space at the event or have a scheduling conflict. Advise Gary, and he will coordinate with you to get your donated items there and on display. Let us know if we can donate unsold items after the sale or if you wish to have them returned.
Volunteer … if you do not have items to sell yourself but would be available as a general helper that morning (setup/cleanup, put out/retrieve signs, sell donated items, sell snacks/beverages, etc.). Just let Gary know.
