Volunteering Opportunity – MAM Heartstrings Gala
Memorial Assistance Ministries is looking for a few volunteers (21 and up) to help with registration and the silent auction at their upcoming gala on October 21, 2011.
Volunteers will be used as greeters, at registration/check in and at the fundraising booths for people to donate directly to MAM’s programs. All volunteers will need to arrive by 6 p.m. The event officially starts at seven but this will allow all the volunteers to get acclimated to the floor plan, check in process, fundraising booths, etc. Most volunteers will be finished at 8 p.m. and about 4 volunteers until 8:30 p.m. The dress is cocktail attire.
