We welcome you to continue to bring donations for the Fair Haven Food Pantry while picking up your meals (non-perishable food items, paper products, and cleaning supplies). - Virtual Wednesday Night Supper continues this week! Join the Zoom meeting by visiting zoom.us/join or using the Zoom app. Here is the information to join the meeting: Meeting ID: 902 581 177, and Password: 008889. We’ll be online from 6:30-7:30pm with our “host” for the week, Miguel. This is a come-and-go call, so don’t feel like you have to stay online for the full hour. We hope to see you there!
- Wanted: A few Wednesday Night Supper cooks. Want to escape your own kitchen to cook for a bit larger crowd? The fellowship committee is looking for folks who might like to cook a meal on a Wednesday in May. Ideally, it would be two family members to do the cooking together. First come first served on the dates, but currently, all are available. We are socially distancing in the kitchen and wearing masks and gloves. Kay and Betty are the expert packers of the meals and Ethan and Laurie have been the runners to get food to Kevin outside at the Drive-Thru. Please reach out to Laurie if you would like to help us out. If you need help with quantity planning or shopping, we can help with that. We’ve been serving between 50 and 60 each week.
- Thank you to everyone that has been contributing to the church in the absence of our usual Presentation of Tithes and Offerings on Sunday mornings. Don’t forget that the church expenses continue just the same. If at all possible, please mail in your contributions, drop off your offering in a sealed envelope to the mailbox in front of the education building, or use the online giving option (www.springbranchpres.org/give).
